Strategy for Implementation of New Product

This is a powerpoint presentation on implementing a new product (a heated sleeping bag) to Patagonias line. The presentation must use slide notes. The notes section will support the content for each slide. The presentation should be 18 slides (not including the title and research references slides). For this company consider the Upstream Process and Responsibility framework. Describe how you would take this new product (heated sleeping bag) from concept to creation, then to commercialization, and finally to implementation in the U.S. The presentation will be organized by two parts. Requirements: Write a presentation that has 18 slides. Include a title and a reference page. At least six academic and professional references that provide information and guidance.
