Your letter should be submitted in a Word document and be a minimum of 350 words in length (with an additional reference page) and an additional 2 pages for the 500-word email to the distributor. Checklist: Address the audience (the German or Irish manufacturer for the letter; the Spanish distributor for the email) in an appropriate manner. Provide an explanation of the problem(s). Use the appropriate tone, style, and choice of words based on cultural considerations. Explain what your expectations of the audience are as a result of the letter and email. Provide an appropriate closing to the letter and to the email. Use correct grammar, spelling, and punctuation. Use APA’s most current edition for the format and citation style, and include an additional reference page to accompany the letter that includes a customer service article and a viable source of support for your cultural considerations addressed.
