Please write the research question in the running heads.  Find empirical research papers published in highly reputed journals covering organizational psychology (e.g., The Leadership Quarterly, Basic Applied Social Psychology, The Journal of Applied Psychology, Personnel Psychology, Human Relations, The Journal of Vocational Behaviour). Use these to provide some scientific perspective on the topic you have chosen. This search will be more productive if you do a search using library databases on the topic of interest, rather than just going through issues of the journals. Your report should cover how the topic is related to I/O and specific empirical research. You may wish to organize the assignment using the following headings or subheadings: Introduction to the issue A. Introduction of the topic – (Reader is introduced to the topic, use of supporting literature is apt, the purpose of writing is clear) Relevant I/O psychology literature Rationale well stated (how and why is the issue important?); Relevance to Organisational Psychology literature should be evident through writing and literature review.
