Give at least 3 specific examples of new trends or statistics that you learned preparing for this discussion board. Are you surprised by the statistics about wealth inequality given in the Ted Talk or in the textbook? Why or why not? 2. To what extent do you think wealth inequality is affecting what has happened to the American population in recent history, as they battle COVID-19? Obviously a virus does not care who it targets, but what do you notice about how resources matter in how different subpopulations in America are being impacted by the disease?
