[SOLVED] Professionalism and Behavior

This assignment will allow you to reflect on your current state of being a professional. Write a one-page* description of the professionalism of your behaviors today in relation to the professional that you want to become. Consider this one-pager a snapshot in time of where you are now and where you want to be later in your career. Because this is a writing diagnostic, take some time to plan and revise the organization, word choice, and stylistic choices to demonstrate what you know about how to write well.   Helpful suggestions   As you think about content for this one-pager, think of the examples you have seen and the people whom you know that have informed your idea of professionalism. What makes a person effective in his/her personal style? What are the strengths, attributes, or skills that you appreciate?   Well-written responses will include examples and specific descriptions of behavior. For example, “She speaks well” indicates nothing about the kinds of things that you notice when people are speaking nor the aspects of speaking that you think are most important for professionals.   Here is an example of a different way to present the idea “She speaks well”:   “Whenever we have an important PowerPoint presentation to deliver at work, the day before, my manager locks herself in a room, where I can hear her rehearsing the presentation over and over again for hours. When she delivers the presentation, she does not even bother to look at the slides. Because she knows the content of each slide so well, during the presentations, she focuses more on engaging the audience. Her presentation tone is very confident, and she moves from slide to slide seamlessly, thanks to her level of preparation.”   NOTE:- Include my personal strengths such as good communicator , building relationships . personal weakness such as low linked in profile and low in writing skills .
