Reflect back on the StrengthsFinder 2.0 Assessment you completed at the beginning of your MSOL journey in ORG502: What are your top five strengths? Since the beginning of this program, has your perspective on these leadership strengths shifted? If so, how? Discuss the ways you think these strengths, and knowledge gained through the MSOL, will influence your leadership style, both personally and professionally? You should demonstrate excellent knowledge of concepts, skills, and theories learned throughout your CSU Global Masters program. Your initial post and responses to peers, will be in an audio/visual format of your choosing (see the syllabus for the list of options). Be sure to post an initial, substantive response by Thursday at 11:59 p.m. MST and respond to 2 or more peers with substantive responses by Sunday at 11:59 p.m. MST. A substantive initial post answers the question presented completely and/or asks a thoughtful question pertaining to the topic. It should be a minimum of 150-250 words. Substantive peer responses ask a thoughtful question pertaining to the topic and/or answers a question (in detail) posted by another student or the instructor and are a minimum of 100 words per response.
