Your discussion on the theories to be used is very good, and each really supports your topic. Your methodology discussion still needs more elaboration. You need to really elaborate on where this data is coming from, what it consists of, etc. This chapter really has to fully outline your methodology in terms of where the data is coming from and what you will do with it. Since this is a qualitative study, are you going to review the data, code it, and look for common themes? What is the plan to analyze your data and what is outcome of the data once you get it? See your returned paper for some highlighted errors and additional comments. You are off to a good start but now is the time to really focus on the data.
