Building and Evaluation Procedures

This part of your paper will focus on the characteristics and procedures required to install, operate, and maintain HVACR systems in BAS for residential and commercial buildings. In addition, include a section about the concept of commissioning a building and evaluation procedures that might be used in HVACR. You may also want to highlight the energy saving benefits of commissioning a building.
