As teachers, we generally look at learning theories and find positive contributions in many of them. We look at our practice, and decide that we have an “eclectic” approach to teaching and learning, drawing from the various theories. With your team, create a comprehensive theory that encompasses what you believe would serve you “in all seasons”; in other words, that could be universally applied.
