The Meth Epidemic

Please watch the linked video from Frontline.   Once done, explain the issues described and consider how they have inhibited efforts to prevent the spread of these drugs.  Then, relate your discussion to the current issues with the Opioid problem currently being experienced.  How are the issues similar and different and propose and discuss ideas to confront each problem that might be both effective and politically possible.
