At this point you should have addressed the scenario from 4 different perspectives/departments and come up with a cohesive action plan. 

You will need to cite at least 12 sources in APA format.  Include this on a slide at the end of your powerpoint. 

Identify at least 12 changes (3 changes in each department) you would make in response to the scenario, feel free to include more.

You should have answered the following from the perspective of each department

What adjustments/changes will needed, to be made and why?
How will these changes affect other departments?
How will these changes affect patients?
Would it be possible for this department to work remotely? If so, how can this be accomplished (think about equipment and software requirements as well as HIPAA)
Employee buy in – how will you get your employees to agree to this?
How will you communicate this to your employees and when would you inform them?
Any other information you think maybe relevant.

REQUIRED SLIDES (include these in your slides total):

1 slide on which departments you chose 

1 slide introducing yourself and your scenario

1 or 2 reference slides at the end that list your references in APA format

Formatting: 

Powerpoint

Presentation – you are REQUIRED to record yourself presenting the powerpoint OR include a voice recording on each slide

Presentation time – No Minimum, Maximum of 10 minutes 

Minimum slide count (include the required slides in your count) – 15 slides

Maximum slide count (include the required slides in your count) – 25 slides

Slides needs to be professional as if you are presenting these slides to your supervisor

I will be very strict on formatting because if your supervisor were to ask you for a specific number of slides, you would have to comply.
