Project report Requirements Your final assessment task in this subject is to write a 3000 words report detailing your research and its findings. Your project report should: Conduct a descriptive analysis of Quantitative findings from all the attached reports, focusing on 2 key areas: What are the top main reasons for Nurses leaving aged care workforce; example-for higher pay, workloads, stress, workplace culture. What are the top factors contributing to employee engagement, job satisfaction, intrinsic and extrinsic motivation factors, retention?
