Argumentation Theory

Drawing on at least two of the authors we have read over the course of this class, and including specific quotations and paraphrases, explain what role bias plays in argumentation. You may also draw on our readings in Rhetoric of Argument, but do include two of the authors that we covered either in Modern American Prose, The Tipping Point, or via online sources. You may approach this from both the perspective of the author himself, herself, or theirself and from the perspective of the discussion in his, her, or their writing. You will be writing a 4-5 paragraph essay in response to this prompt. Please make sure that you have a thesis.
