Logistics department is being 100% reactionary.  Visibility and Communication: All departments are notified when client places order. Logistics Department will pick up from vendors the same day client places order. Logistics Department will start second part of their process once accounting confirms payment. Improvement goa: 90% of on time deliveries to clients.  Begin with sales department sending out email to logistics departments with initial sales order and then confirmed pick up location by operations once vendor confirms purchase. Backoffice sends normal paperwork to logistics department and logistics department beings client delivieres. IT department works on giving the logistics department view only access to other modules so Logistics can start planning.  The logistics department had an extra day to deliver to all clients.
