Business impact analysis (BIA) is an essential function of a business continuity plan that includes analysis of vulnerabilities, risks, components critical to business functionality and/or survival, and a strategy for minimizing those discovered risks to keep the business operational during any critical disruption. My scenario is the following:  Scenario Two: ABC Electronics Device and Repair ABC Electronics sell and repairs electronic devices. The corporate office is in Kansas City, Missouri with branch stores in Los Angeles, California and New York, New York.  The website includes a catalogue of products with a shopping cart, service manuals and contact information. ABC specializes in IoT devices along with other digital devices. The BIA needs to be based on this scenario. Please let me knew if you need anything additional.
