One paragraph that identifies the name of the federal government agency that requires a publicly held corporation to file an annual 10K along with a brief history and broad responsibilities of the agency. 3.  Hazardous material incidents require keen observation and a cautious approach, as many hazardous materials may not be properly identified or known to emergency responders. Incident management is critical in order to reduce injury and loss of life. Discuss the appropriate methodology for approaching a hazardous material incident. Include details of managerial responsibility and personnel safety, including proper protective clothing.

Imagine that you work for an organization that has no Internet use policy; employees use the Internet in whatever way they want using company-owned personal computers (PCs). Could this cause a problem for the organization? Explain the importance of information security policies and the role they play in ensuring sound and secure business information.
