1) I need to identify the potential clients for CGI’s RMS (but not sectors or types of companies) I need real companies that can become clients – names, strategies of this companies and analyze their strategies;  2) Find what are main objectives of this POTENTIAL CLIENTS in this market?  What are the energy sources POTENTIAL CLIENTS want to invest in? Do POTENTIAL CLIENTS already have an acquired solution like RMS? Are THIS COMPANIES satisfied by the usage of this solution? 3) And AS CGI company Identify the main axes of the value proposition to develop towards THIS POTENTIAL CLIENTS and prioritize these axes.
