Hi, i have looked at the paper and it seems there should be several revisions.First of all, the coursework guideline indicates ‘NB: Your report must reflect current changes and impacts of Covid-19 and the future direction must also beCovid-19 resilient’,However, it seems that there is no any part of indicating Covid-19 issues within the Manchester United (Sports organization).Secondly, I think the strategic mangement in this report isn’t about Alex Ferguson’s tactics in the football game. It has to be Sport organizations’ strategic management in order to maintain their reputation or increasing revenue that influences the Sports organization. IT ISN’T ABOUT ALEX FERGUSON’S STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT TOWARDS THE GAME.Secondly, the report must indicate stakeholder analysis using stakeholder mapping.
