For this assignment, you will continue in the role of the school principal who is developing an instructional leader. Complete a coaching cycle of pre-conferencing, observing, and post-conferencing with a novice instructional leader who is completing the coaching cycle with a classroom teacher. This is my final project for my Foundations Class. BLA Final Portfolio Project is based on my two concentrations of Health Studies and Psychology. This course examines the value and importance of drawing on several academic disciplines to understand issues that are too complex to be addressed effectively using any single discipline. Using a case study approach, we will examine how the elements of various disciplines can be integrated and synthesized to understand and give voice to complex issues dealing with health, environment, governance, peace and conflict, etc. Upon completing the course, students will be able to view the courses in their own BLA concentrations from an interdisciplinary (ID) perspective by observing how elements of each discipline can contribute to the understanding of global problems. These skills will be applied in the BLA Capstone Course. The report needs to be 5 pages, double-spaced, and 12-point font. I need to write a reflective report that incorporates 3-4 different teacher’s interview responses to questions relating to Formal Assessments. I don’t know if all of their responses are required or if I just need to reference them? I asked for their views on formal assessments, strategies to use, etc. Then, I wrote a response to what I have learned and how I will apply their experiences to my future teaching. Five pages is required, so I am unclear how much room I will have and what to include. I do not need to include any names for identity…just be able to demonstrate that I interviewed teachers, what I learned from their feedback, how I can use their experiences and strategies, and how I will prepare my students in a classroom in the future based on their ideas.
