The topic that was assigned to me for the paper is “Complementary Therapies in Mental Health” the requirements are 2-page minimum, 2-3 cited sources, and APA format. The instructions were to find an article that discusses the complementary therapies and then write the paper summarizing the article and adding some research to it. Originally my instructor suggested that I do the paper over exercise and its effects on mental health, so one of the writers here created the paper for me, but yesterday my instructor said that I had to do it over more than one therapy. Now I need someone to take the paper I have and basically add to it. Right now the paper I have is on exercise and its effects on mental health. The other complementary therapies I was thinking of adding is acupuncture and pet therapy.
