Research a crime that has been reported in the media about child abuse and neglect.  Prepare a 1-2 page essay about the crime you selected and which facts support each element of the crime.  You can use the elements provided in the chapter, the powerpoint or the actual law from the jurisdiction.  Review the syllabus and announcements for requirements and format.  Make sure you cite your source.Each essay should have a heading which includes your name, date and title. You should use proper titles if using last names–Mr. ; Ms.; Officer, etc.  Only referring to someone by their last name is not appropriate.  Make sure you proofread your essay for spelling and grammatical errors. As the evidence in the case study implies, the murder of Scowen by Mayo cannot be deemed a planned one. The rationale behind such a stance is that Mayo claims that he acted in self-defense, meaning that he did not intend to kill Scowen. Yet, this situation raises major doubts regarding the rightfulness of Mayo’s course of action. From the case study, it is clear that Mayo demonstrated disregard of human life when he used a firearm. In the first place, he killed a human being who did not pose a major threat to him because verbally threatening someoneand taking the actions to carry out those threats are not the same thing. Apart from that, the use of firearms is associated with a major risk to the lives of people around the area. That is to say that Mayo could have wounded or even killed others who were at the bar at that time. According to Mayo, the killing was premised on Scowen’s taking the beer bottle accompanied by the threat to kill him. That is not a sufficient ground to kill a person. The fact that Scowen did not break the bottle also indicates that he might have not implied any malice action toward Mayo, while verbal threats, as heard by Mayo, do not justify his actions either.If I were a prosecutor, I would primarily present manslaughter charges against Mayo. That is justified by the Colorado Criminal Laws. Specifically, a person commits manslaughter if they take reckless actions that lead to a person’s death and if their intentional actions lead to another person’s suicide (Hemenway, 2016). Manslaughter is qualified as a Class 4 felony, meaning that an offender has caused major harm to society. Meanwhile, possible penalties range from 2-6 years in prison to a fine of up to $500,000 respond to this discussion question in 100 words

Within INTL502 you are required to develop a literature review.  In this case, it should relate to the issue you identified in your white paper assignments.  A literature review sets the context for a subject by explaining what others have found in researching the same or similar issues.  It is written in a narrative format.  NOTE: Literature reviews can be a bit tricky to write.  Check out this video to help you further prepare to write this section of your proposal.  This will not be the last time that you are asked to write a literature review in your academic career so its important to master this skill.Title Page. Ensure you include your title, student name, date of submission.Introductory Paragraph. A literature review begins with an introductory paragraph in which the writer frames the research topic and its significance, and the puzzle that the researcher is addressing.  To do that, the writer will summarize the major relevant arguments on the research subject, highlighting the main issues and how schools of thought might differ.  If there are key terms to be defined, the writer should do that here. Chapter 8 of the text explains the importance of communication during a crisis. With social media, the landscape of communication has changed.  Using the Boston Marathon Bombing communication response, explain how the Boston Police Department used social media in that crisis.  Why was their strategy so successful and impactful?

The legislative body of Pennsylvania exempted Pennsylvania manufacturers from this requirement because it wanted to ensure that Pennsylvania manufacturers were relatively well-positioned in the market as compared to other manufacturers.
