Pretty straightforward, must answer the following questions about the Controlled Substance Act of 1970:   What was/is the intended purpose of the Controlled Substances Act 1970? How and who enforces Controlled Substance Act regulations? How and why are drugs classified/scheduled?  What are the medical and legal issues surrounding rescheduling marijuana?

Follow Up Question-    File attached.. You present an interesting analogy when you state that employees must know the policies of the organization just as you need to know the law of the land. It brings to mind an interesting question.   Question – If High-Class Healthcare had a member of its senior leadership that regularly operated in contradiction to policy, what course of action would you recommend? Is there ever a case where policy needs to become more flexible than user behavior?

What are the powers granted to the president in the Constitution?  Should there be more or less presidential power and why? What are the non-constitutional sources of presidential power?  When were these sources of power first tapped? Relate this topic to a current event.
