Now that you have created your outline, you are ready to begin drafting your literary analysis essay. In this learning module, you will review formal vs. informal writing and APA page formatting to guide you as you write your literary analysis. NOTE: To consider the short nature of this course, there is a three-day grace period for your essay submission. The essay is due on the last day of Week 3 (Sunday), and you are encouraged to submit the essay on time. However, you may submit your essay as late as Wednesday of Week 4 without any points deducted for late work. If you need the extra time, it is my hope that you take advantage of the opportunity to polish your essay so that you can earn the highest grade possible. Take advantage of the resources that Keiser University provides, such as the Keiser OWL; the English Help Center; and, for visiting students, your home campus’s Writing Studio.

For this project assignment, you will submit your Literary Analysis paper on the assigned novel selected for the course, which should focus on three or more elements of fiction to show how this novel is an example of modern literature in both theme and style. Please review the literary terms explored in this course. These will help you to develop the ideas and concepts you chose to examine in your paper.Technical Requirements:6-7 pages in length, not including cover page and references pageUse the APA template with APA cover and References page attachedUse a minimum of 5 outside resources, in addition to the textbookAt least three of the five resources need to be from the Rasmussen Online Library. The last topic to be covered in this course is Chapter 14, Social Movements. Choose to view one of the movies in this Unit, either The Garden (in English and somein Spanish with English subtitles) or Holding Ground Parts 1 and 2.Then consider the following social justice issues listed below that have impacted physiological, social, psychological and spiritual human behavior and development on the macro (societal) and mezzo (family and community) person and environmental dimensions of human functioning. These issues could serve as the foundation to the creation of a social movement in your local (city, small town), state, or federal level. Choose a topic that you have some passion for that you or others known to you have experienced.
