For this assignment, I would like you to research one global issue of which you are interested in deepening your understanding. Spend two class days to research on a global issue of your choice. You are asked to read two sources per research day. Make sure to get four sources at least. In your research, make sure to research how the world influenced/s and is influenced by the issue. In other words, I would like you to discuss global connectivity surrounding the issue that you have chosen to study.   In your paper, include the following items.  (1) Define/explain the global issue you have decided to write about.  (2) Explain the brief history and the status quo of the issue.  (3) Discuss global connectivity (i.e., the cause of the issue, multinational collaboration towards solution, etc.).

Given the delay in the transition of power at the White House, what would be the proper course of action to move the US forward? What is the role of the electoral college in this election? Does the possibility exist that the electors could cast ballots for Trump instead of Biden in “blue” states?
