It is a factual based discipline that has shaped and advanced society as we know it. On the other hand, religion is defined as the service and worship of God(s) or the supernatural. According to the Washington Post, 8 in 10 people identify with a religious group. 84% of the world’s population has a faith, an extremely high percentage considering the 7.6 billion people that inhabit this world.  There are thousands of resources, from YouTube videos, websites, books, even television shows that debate this controversial topic.
