This week’s journal article was focused on how information and communication innovation drives change in educational settings. The key focus of the article was how technology-based leadership has driven the digital age.  Also, the role of technology leadership incorporates with the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM).In this paper, address the following key concepts: Define TAM and the components. Note how TAM is impacting educational settings. Give an overview of the case study presented and the findings. Be sure to use the UC Library for scholarly research. Google Scholar is also a great source for research.  Please be sure that journal articles are peer-reviewed and are published within the last five years. Software-defined networking (SDN) and intent-based networking (IBN) offer an ability to revolutionize modern network architecture. Both of these concepts are relatively new, and your chief technology officer (CTO) has only heard them in passing. In fact, she pawned them off as the new “marketing fad” dressed up as a new concept. Since you have researched both technologies, you understand this is not a fad. When used in combination with virtualization and cloud computing, you know SDN and IBN could revolutionize how the organization operates, providing for reduced costs, efficiency, better management of the network assets, and security. However, you need to develop a white paper for the Caduceus CTO to highlight these benefits. Given the CTO has only heard the term in passing, you must describe in this white paper, the SDN and IBN concepts, their benefits, and what it would take for the organization to implement. Writing Your Paper In your white paper, use additional sources of information but also describe the concept in layman’s terms. Use visuals where appropriate. Describe how an SDN/IBN architecture would look different than network architectures we have traditionally deployed. Compare and contrast the network architectures and discuss the pros and cons of each. Your initial outline for your course project paper is due to this module. Prepare a 1-2-page document that outlines how you will organize your course project paper. Your outline will be the skeleton from which you will write your project. Your outline should contain an idea for your introduction (the full introduction will be created in Module 03) and at least 3 headings for sections  that explain and analyze how technology has been used to improve healthcare delivery and information management for your selected topic (from Module 1), as well as implications, challenges, risks, and opportunities. Describe briefly the technology you are proposing to implement through your action plan. Provide a rationale for why this technology is expedient, appropriate, and relevant to your school. Base this determination on collaborations with stakeholders at the school or on publicly accessible data through the school or district Web site or community publications. Evaluate how this technology is most appropriate for meeting the diverse needs of students, including cultural background, developmental and readiness levels, language, speed of learning, access to technology, and so on. For example, how might the appropriateness of the technology be affected if students only have access to technology via smart phones rather than having access to laptops or iPads? Use peer-reviewed literature to support your evaluation. Analyze the implications of initiating this change through your action plan. Address the potential impact on students, teachers, and school-wide programs. Your analysis should align with theories of institutional change, systems theory, and/or an educational change model. Your analysis should be supported by the professional literature and may reflect professional feedback. Part 2: Action Plan Proposal Design an action plan that includes the following components: A brief analysis of the change you are planning to implement. A description of the actions that need to be taken to implement the plan, including a rationale for why these actions need to happen. Be sure to indicate if any steps need to happen concurrently or in a certain sequence. A list of the individuals who are responsible for each specific action. Consider who has the time and is appropriately situated to take on these responsibilities, but also consider who is most capable of keeping the objective of meeting the needs of diverse learners at the forefront of the planning and implementation. If it is not clear why an individual is assigned to a certain task, be sure to include an explanation. A list of who should be consulted or informed about the project and its findings. In referring to individuals, do not use names, but refer to the position they hold in relation to the plan, such as PTA Chair, ESL Lead Teacher, et cetera. A rationale justifying why giving awareness to these individuals is relevant and important to the goals of your project. Note: Be sure to include parents and community members. A description of who will monitor the progress, document the effects of implementation, and gather any data that is acquired. A timeline of the actions to be taken and the monitoring steps. A list of resources needed to carry out the action plan and a rationale for their inclusion. Consider the resources that may be needed within your school and district as well as resources that may be needed from the community. You will also want to think about resources for training and supporting teachers in the classroom.

Next, gauge and evaluate your organizations current state of security and protection protocols and mechanisms. Identify gaps, challenges and opportunities for improvement by conducting a thorough audit making sure to: 1.Identify the industry specific cyber law in relation to inquiries and incidents. 2.Assess the critical information infrastructure. Determine the configuration of doors,windows, logical controls, data storage and encryption, firewalls, servers, routers, switches,hubs, and so forth to be compliant. 3.Identify key vulnerabilities points and strengths. Show compliance using a test case (pass/fail requirement). Demonstrate an actual compliance test of server, workstation, etc. that indicates what passes or what doesn’t. 4.Indicate the legal elements and liability (costs) that the organization may encounter for non-compliance.Place your findings in a report that will be reviewed by the CIO and System Security Authority(SSA).

Although uniquely compliant with current law and guidance, is the collection and aggregation of data from the IoT and social media an ethical use of data. In 750-1,250 words, explain your opinion with supporting evidence. Make sure to address: 1. How has the IoT and social media been affected by cyber-security over time? 2. Acceptable Use Policy. Although users agree to the conditions of it, is the data being collected used for entirely ethical purposes? 3. User Agreement. If you use something that is provided for free, how does a company make a profit (e.g., how are free products and services monetized)? 4. If companies build security directly into IoT devices before implementing the hardware into the system, the security would be sounder and could be tested ahead of time, instead of building security around the device as an afterthought. Suppose that you are one of the executive members in the company and face this option. However, the built-in security would cost three times higher than the regular without built-in security. Provide your rationale of the decision in light of the Christian worldview.
