Outlines should be at least five pages long and comprehensive. 2. Research will be necessary in order to ascertain the background of the thinkers. The goal is to better understand the context of their positions. 3. Use a References page for any references used. Please use a minimum of three academic/scholarly sources. Use only APA style. 4. Prose may be used. Proper grammar and spelling is expected! 5. Moral theory is very important here! Make sure you understand the moral foundations for their positions. 6. This is an objective assignment. I am not looking for your conclusions, but for you to demonstrate an understanding of the authors’ positions and the underlying moral theory (or theories) for each. You are showing me, in this project, that you understand how to dissect an argument and apply logic. Although I am not interested in your conclusions in this project, you may decide to demonstrate, using logic, why a position is internally inconsistent or illogical. To do this, you must understand the bases of the argument and be able to deconstruct it.
