Change Diagnosis
The purpose of the two Change Management Diagnosis and Process Papers is to extend the critical thinking process associated with two areas of organizational development and change. In each paper, students will describe and analyze a change, develop a change process, and address the critical issues in implementing the change. Remember, as the OD consultant, be strategic about the organizational development and change. Each change management paper will begin with a description of the change (and why change is needed) and a force field analysis (chapter 7). Each paper will also include the change process (identifying an action plan or sequence of steps or activities) that a change agent or management team would implement and identify the intervention characteristics (chapter 11). Change Diagnosis and Process Paper #2 Human Resource Management (Part 5) Due Sunday after the end of Week 4 (11/22/2020) by 11:59PM PST PERFORMANCE STANDARDS: Each Change Management Diagnosis and Process Paper will be eight to ten-pages in length and include headings and sub-headings.
