[SOLVED] Christian Ethics

Need an initial journal post, with a follow up post. The word count can be divided between the two.  I will be posting them individually a day apart.  As we conclude this course we have come to realize that the relationship between any religion and society is very complicated.  But there does seem to be agreement that religion is not just an individual experience, that it has a social dimension.  What specific ideas in your religious tradition seem important for a just and vibrant society?  This can include beliefs, symbols, ethical mandates, or other insights that are crucial for the well-being of a society.  Elaborate.
