Criminal Law & Policy

a.) Using the open source textbook, identify and discuss the differences between Substantive Criminal law and Procedural Criminal law.  b). Using the internet (and/or other sources) locate information (defining) three popular/common Felonies and three popular/common Misdemeanors.   c). Finally, locate information regarding a behavior not identified as a crime but in your opinion, should be a crime and vis-versa (a behavior listed as a crime but in your opinion, should not be a crime and why). Note: (do not use marijuana as the as your example of a crime that should not be a crime).
