Your protocol will be substantially improved by a bit more clarity – particularly in relation to describing exactly what the Partner Notification intervention is and how it operates. Looking closely at the mark scheme will also help.   I suggest you include a number of additional tables (note they don’t count in the word limit): A table listing all the outcome measures, why they are appropriate to include, how they will be measured, and valued A table showing row and column headings on how you will report the findings on the outcome measures (paying attention to the time/follow up period).
