What elements of the planning process did the planner include?   2. What elements were missing?   From your perspective, did this seem to affect the quality of the program? 3. Describe the strengths of the current program?  The challenges they are facing? 4. Make suggestions to improve this program and make three to four key recommendations.  Support each recommendation with a few sentences and citations.
