Feasibility Report on Berkshire Creekside Gated Community

The paper must explain how you solve a problem on a proposal grant. The investors are the audience. My problem is that people piggyback to get into the gate and by doing so could cause an accident or someone could potentially steal. My solution is the need for actual armed security guards are needed in New Braunfels Creekside apartment in Texas complex owned by Berkshire communities which are made up of investors. The Berkshire Creekside is a gated community that has 2 gates and a code booth. There MUST be 6 SCHOLARLY SOURCES to tie back to the paper (maybe psychologically how people feel secure(just an idea)). So i tried to find out how many residents live in the apartment complex but the main office said that information is confidential. So what i would recommend is fake a survey to make a graph i think there must be about around 416 apartment complexes possibly 800-100 residents. There must be a breakdown of the cost to build a security shack. we already have a remote gate opener but we can’t close the gate with the remote. I am getting an invoice to add at the end. How much would each tenant pay? additionally to keep the apartments secure must be in the paper. we already pay additional fees like utility fee for $3 trash removal fee for $15 and exterminating fee for $2 so a few more dollars wouldn’t hurt. there must be an abstract, glossary appendix, citation…etc like a feasibility report.
