How do you currently deal with it? It can be something small like traffic on your commute or something bigger like financial hardship. Only share what you feel comfortable!2. Do you think your coping strategy is working?3. From Chapter 14, what type of coping strategy are you currently using: problem-focused coping or emotion-focused coping?4. Knowing what you know now from the text and lecture about stress, what would be a more effective method to cope with the stressor? Make a plan for how you will use this method of coping.
