PART 2: Analysis – You recorded your Food intake into a Food log for five weekdays from Monday, April 26, 2021, 12am till Friday, April 30, 2021, midnight. You grouped the foods into the three food types: Carbohydrates, Proteins, and Fats.Add all the servings of each food type for all five days and obtain the daily servings by dividing with five.Compare these values with those recommended by USDA shown on page F-1 (Appendix F) in your textbook.
