Google Prompts   The first prompts are actually on the case as handed out.  Those are questions that must be included in your answer.   Other issues that should guide you to do a thorough analysis of Google follow. Prompts are designed to stimulate thinking and help you develop your paper.  YOU DO NOT HAVE TO AND SHOULD NOT INCLUDE ALL OF THESE IN YOUR PAPER.   Be specific about the external forces that impact Google,   Who are the customers?  What is a customer?  Is e commerce changing the definition of what a customer is?   Who is the competition?   What do you think Google should introduce next?   How does Google make money?  What is its business?   Does the introduction of the droid operating system change the nature of Google’s business?   What impact if any will Google have on the computer industry?  The telecommunications industry?    Has Google decided to change its business model too quickly or too drastically Does Google use the Marketing Concept in developing its products. How does the external environment  affect Google. How is Google working on using AI and what products or services do you see in the future? How does Google implement the marketing concept? How does the external environment impact Google. How has Google impacted the digitization of the economy?
