Waitstaff Soho ATL, Atlanta | August 2018 – present Trained and mentored new wait and host staff. Applied communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and promote long-term loyalty. Worked closely with management to improve front-of-house morale. Assistant Event Marketing Dave & Buster’s, Greater Atlanta Area | Oct 2017 – Jan 2019 Recruited 25 corporate and community sponsors. Managed 4 social media accounts using Facebook Business Manager and HootSuite. Created social media marketing campaigns to promote special events; Reached a 17% increase in user retention through social media engagement. Executed promotions such as remotes, events, van hits, and other street team activities.
