You must take into account that the reader is totally uninformed on your topic.   Start with the history and absolute beginnings and origins of your topic.   Omit opinions and concentrate on facts. This is not an editorial.   Research it using ONLY the Internet. This is an Internet assignment!   Do not plagiarize information (cut & paste) or “quote” excerpts from web sites.   A clear sign of plagiarism is writing proficiency and word usage that are beyond the obvious skill level of the student in question. DO NOT use words you normally don’t use.   Use portions of information and translate it using your own words.   Use essay format, i.e., – introduction – introduce topic, purpose & subjects to be covered. – body – research facts, history, chronology, laws, statistics, pictures, charts. – conclusion – wrap up and closing remarks. – what the future holds, impact on society.   Maximum 2 pages of word-processed, double-spaced text equivalent.   Use font size 10-12.  include a bibliography of the web sites used.
