Each student will be required to:1.        Choose one department head position in the hotel.2.        Draft an advertisement for this position and state where you would place this advertisement and why;3.        Write a Job Description for the chosen position;4.        Write a Person Specification for the chosen position;5.        Create a selection procedure for this position justifying why you havechosen this procedure.6.        Draft a list of questions that you would ask at the interview for thisposition and justify why you would ask these questions.
