For this paper I choose to focus on the improvement of BP’s ecological footprint. Due to the oil spill of 2010, BP has had a very negative public opinion. In this paper you need to include what human rights (for example; the right to a clean and healthy environment) are at stake and where are they regulated? Try to find treaties/documents that are legally binding. How does the responsibility of BP come into play? Is it a legal aspect, or a social one, in terms of business?
