JFK’s Handling of the Presidency

In this unit, you learned about the United States’ post-war years from 1945-1970. During this time, one president experienced an intersection of some of its most significant events: President  John F. Kennedy, also known as JFK. Write a 600-word essay.  For this project, you will create a Essay on JFK’s handling of the Office of the Presidency. This should cover JFK’s major personal accomplishments, his use of deterrence in the Cold War, and his involvement with the civil rights movement. You must use at least 2 credible sources other than your textbook and provide a Works Cited page with your sources. Failure to include a Works Cited page will result in a rejected assignment.
