Leadership and Relationship Building Servant leadership requires specific relationship building skills. Successful student affairs professionals rely on relationships to achieve organizational and department goals. Knowing one’s own leadership style will help identify potential challenges in relationship building within student affairs. Write a 750-1,000 word essay that describes your personal leadership style and explains your approach to relationship building.
