Locate at least one published case and one scholarly article that addresses this topic. Your scholarly article may be a law review article. An example might be from the movie Class Action. This movie involves a case similar to the Ford Pinto case from the 1970s that involved a defective automobile. There are many legal issues in this movie, one of which involves an expert witness.
