Life of a Healthcare Manager

1.     Main component. (30 points) a.     Describe a fictious manager’s title and general job description. b.     Portray a problem presented to this fictious health care manager on Monday morning. c.     Describe how they handle the problem throughout the week by depicting the manager using concepts, tools, principles, theories, etc. from the text. d.      Does your manager work solely on this problem, or with another, or with a team? e.     What are some strengths and challenges in your manager’s style and problem solving skills? f.      Students may use Monday, Tuesday, etc. subtitles but each section is to be written in narrative form so that the paper flows throughout the week. g.     Students are to write this in a third-party point of view as though they are privately looking-on at the manager each day and noting how the manager is performing. 2.     Four pages minimum. Double spaced. No large margins or spacing after the title or paragraphs. The four-page minimum does not include a reference page. No cover page necessary.
