PEER WORK FEEDBACK The scenario I have chosen is I have between 1-2 hours to complete my coursework in CIS101. I am the Internet Manager and Marketing Coordinator at two car dealerships so my work schedule is very hectic. I am not your typical 9-5 employee. On top of that because of the pandemic both of my children are now participating in virtual school so of course I have picked up the job of part time teacher now as well. I manage on average about 8 employees so oftentimes my marketing part of my job has to follow me home. My daughter, son, and I all have Chromebooks and once I get home, we sit in the office area of my home and complete our work. After dinner and baths, I can then jump on and dedicated some time to my course work but I do have to evenly divide it because I am taking two courses this semester. Typically, I try to get at least one to two tasks on my checklist complete beginning with my discussion questions which I tend to sometimes have the most trouble with. I do see areas where I can change in my every day practices. I do get a day off during the week and I need to focus on doing more work on that day but Netflix and Hulu find a way to take up most of that time as well as nail, hair, and eyelash appointments. I do have enough time to manage my task effectively because honestly it is not an overload of work and I do get two days off from work and my children are with their dad on weekends. My plan going forward is to dedicate more time on my day off and try to have all of my assignments complete by Thursday or Friday of each week so if I do any coursework over the weekend itll be for an advanced week. I typically use my calendar on my IPhone which sends me task reminders. I typically make myself a to-do list starting with the most important task to the least important daily.
