For this assignment, you are to create an assessment to measure how your clinic/department is doing in the area of facility management. Follow these directions for your assignment. Create a practice assessment with questions that are relevant to assessing your medical facility. Include questions that will help you identify if the practice environment is as comfortable and attractive as possible and has efficient and effective flow patterns. You may also want to include your handling of biohazard waste materials or meeting OSHA requirements.
