Moral Law
Moral law acknowledges that people have historically recognized that we owe a legally unenforceable obligation to one another to help or assist others. This may include a circumstance where a neutral third party observes a motor vehicle crash, and they have to make a decision whether they will stop to aid someone who may be injured. This could also include a circumstance where a couple is arguing in public, where one party is being abused physically or emotionally, or where a parent is unreasonably disciplining a child in public and one must decide whether to intervene or let the events unfold. Take a moment to assess this area of law, and discuss how one’s culture, upbringing, or philosophical/theological influences could shape one’s level of obligation to help others. Also, how does one’s patriotism influence, who and in what circumstances they are willing to help? Can moral law surpass political or governmental boundaries, to simply be a obligation to the human race? Is there anything unique about the American ideal, and that of our allies, that has a stronger moral obligation to want to help others? can be up to one page but does not have to be one page fully use only website internet sources that I can look at before submitting include website
