Your airline is planning to start operations into the U.S and the DOT and NTSB have requested a plan showing your compliance to the US Federal Family Assistance Plan revised in December 2008 (this file is available on Blackboard under assignments). If not fulfilled, the DOT will NOT provide permission for your carrier to operate into the U.S. Please review the below tasks carefully. Provide an executive summary of the recommendations to your airlines corporate head office in regards to incorporating the regulatory requirements into their ERP plan. Special attention to the victim support tasks towards the air operator. Focus on the key elements that will need to be included in your ICS.
