Focusing on project management methodology, use the PMI standards in PMBOK, u, and describe how the organization, project management team or project manager failed to utilize knowledge areas, processes, and or tools and techniques.  You have the freedom to set you chapters how you see fit, be creative, precise, and utilize the sources you already have. Paper should be 13 to 17 pages and should also fallow APA format.  Task:  You will analyse the project management shortfalls. Examine these shortfalls and determined the project manager should have handled them. Stay away from projects which have communication issues and stakeholder issues. Focus on those with engineering issues or industrial problems. I also attach the first status report to use for information if needed.
