Performance Management Systems Design in Business · Your group is to create a fictitious organization being clear on its size, location, and industry. You may also consider adding additional information about your firm which may be relevant in supporting your PMS design. · Your next job will be to design a PMS that you feel would best suit your organization. A suggestion would be to align various PMS purposes and/or characteristics, which best amplify the culture you wish to create. · Also, consider the strategy you would use in the design, implementation, and operation of your PMS. · Ensure that you include 4 to 5 aspects (i.e. Rewards, Process, Competencies, Behavioural Indicators, Appraisal system/process, coaching, etc.) of your PMS. Coaching is a mandatory aspect to consider. · Clearly explain how these aspects align to your companies practice. Ensure to outline your rationale for your choices. You may consider including some of the obstacles or barriers you may face in ensuring successful implementation and/or day-to-day operation. · Identify and list how your PMS and practices impact the overall motivation of employees to perform effectively to achieve both personal and organizational goals. · Any forms, processes, and/or supportive documentation that your group has designed are to be included as attachments to your proposal.
